I have to say that we are extremely pleased with the work that has been done. Once the mud has dried up and the plants are in, the pond will be a stunning feature in our garden. We are also very impressed by Nick’s attention to detail and his consideration of matters, particularly when it came to possible disruption and dealing with external contractors. They also had to deal with an extremely irritating dog, which they handled very well! I would not hesitate recommending your company to anyone looking for pond work.

The terrace was the ‘final’ phase of the works that Nick has carried out for us over the last year. It is a great addition to a new area and has connected up the garden around the house. The whole process from start to finish has been a stress free experience. The attention to detail and great ideas helped evolve a old tired looking concrete driveway into a modern day landscaped drive with wooden sleepers, bricked edges and fantastic looking sandstone step. The quality of workmanship, professionalism, time keeping, and tidiness is greatly appreciated, I have already received many wonderful comments from my neighbours about the finished driveway. Pond Form installed a new liner and replaced wooden surrounds on my water feature. Their quote was competitive and provided promptly. Whilst the replacement items were on order, I was kept informed and the work was scheduled on a mutually convenient date. The work was completed satisfactorily and to a high standard and transformed an old and tired pond back to an attractive feature. After the work was completed, I had a problem with a valve but they came out within 24 hours and solved the problem and provided guidance on how I could manage a similar issue myself. I am happy to recommend Nick and his team who provide an efficient service with good communication and admin backup.

They always turned up on time throughout the project. They always made sure things were tidied up before each day. Nick always explained what was going on throughout the project.
